Climate
Fiji enjoys a tropical climate, with a trade wind blowing. Yearly temperatures average 85°F (31°C). Rain can be expected at any time. The driest months are April, May, June and also October. Only between May and October (winter) will a light sweater be needed during the nights.

The Port Denarau Marina is the main departure point for the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands and is located on Denarau Island. This fast developing marina complex is the centre of yachting activity in Fiji.
