Climate
The south of France has a warm Mediterranean climate with cool winters and mild summers characterised by exceptional sunshine almost 300 days a year.
Strong winds, known as la Mistral, can occur in the Cote d'Azur, Provence and in the Rhone valley particularly over the winter and during the spring.

The French Riviera is undoubtedly one of the best locations for luxury yachts with a degree of glamour guaranteed. From Nice to Cannes, or Antibes to Saint Tropez, from the famous french names like Dior, Yves St Laurent, Boucheron and Louis Vuitton to the Italian houses of Dolce & Gabana, Ferragamo or Versace, 'haute couture' is everywhere.
