Most of the countries in the world have reopened to international tourism with entry requirements in place to protect their inhabitants and the travellers.

We have gathered all the information to help you plan your next trip.

Caribbean Islands entry specifications

Bahamas

Fully vaccinated travellers will be required to upload valid proof of vaccination.

Unvaccinated travellers will be required to upload their 72h negative COVID-19 PCR test results.

All travellers complete an individual Bahamas Travel Health Visa.

Cuba

All passengers have to submit : a health declaration, produce a Cuba Tourist Card and producte a 72h negative PCR test result plus take another PCR test upon arrival.

Quarantine required on arrival.

British Virgin Islands

Fully vaccinated persons traveling require a PCR test within 5 days of travel and will be subject to PCR upon arrival.

As of October 1, all fully vaccinated travelers, including cruise ship passengers and crew, will no longer need to apply for entry into the BVI at the BVI Gateway.

You will need to present your negative PCR less than 72 hours old and your proof of vaccination at the port of departure and when you disembark you will need to pay for the antigenic test ($50)

US Virgin Islands

Open to US traveler.

Every traveler is required to use the USVI travel screening portal and submit a COVID19 test result prior to travel.

Antigua

Travelers must submit proof of a negative PCR test and complete the Traveler Accommodation form upon arrival in Antigua.

Sint Marteen & Saint Barth

Open to U.S visitors.

Fully vaccinated travellers will be required to upload valid proof of vaccination.

Unvaccinated travellers will be required to upload their 72h negative COVID-19 PCR test results. Medical coverage is mandatory for all visitors.

Anguilla

Open to U.S visitors.

Fully Vaccinated travellers must submit a negative COVID19 test result, and they then be tested upon arrival and quarantine for seven days.

Unvaccinated travelers must quarantine for 14 days and take a second test on day 14. Visitors staying in a private house or rental accommodation are required to stay in quarantine for 4 days, for those staying in approved villas the quarantine is lifted.

Montserrat

All foreign visitors who wish to travel to Montserrat must complete an Access Declaration Form to present during Montserrat’s border control along with a negative PCR (covid) test result. Self-quarantine will be mandatory for up to 14 days in a government-designated accommodation. 

Guadeloupe

As it is already the case in Martinique, Guadeloupe will know a “strict confinement” to fight against the epidemic, from Friday and until September 1st.

A confinement is applied on the whole territory.
From 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, all outings and trips beyond 1 km from home are subject to a certificate.
From 7:00 pm to 5:00 am, only trips for imperative reasons are authorized and must be justified.

Martinique

A confinement is applied on the whole territory.
From 5:00 am to 7:00 pm, all outings and trips beyond 1 km from home are subject to a certificate.
From 7:00 pm to 5:00 am, only trips for imperative reasons are authorized and must be justified.

From September 22, reopening of establishments receiving the public, sports halls, restaurants, leisure activities, cultural activities with presentation of the health pass.

Saint Vincent

Open to U.S traveler.

COVID-19 coronavirus: New procedures are in place for arriving yachts – see Biosecurity for details.

Entry requirement of Saint Vincent depends upon your country of origin and vary on a regular basis. You can check documentation in the official government website.

Grenada

Travelers must have a Pure Safe Travel Certificate in order to travel to Grenada.

Open to U.S visitors. All adult visitors to Grenada must be fully vaccinated with a 48-hour quarantine is in place pending a negative PCR test u

Travel in Europe and West Mediterranean

Spain

All travelers must register for the Spain Sanitary Control Form and present the QR code upon arrival.

Vaccinated and non-vaccinated people can enter Spain without a PCR test.

France

Vaccinated travelers do not need to be tested prior to arrival, they must complete a Sworn Declaration Form and present proof of vaccination upon arrival.

For unvaccinated travelers, they will need to present a PCR test less than 72 hours old or an Antigen Test less than 48 hours. They will also have to fill out a Sworn Declaration Form and show their negative test result upon arrival.

Italy

For travelers coming from the USA you will need to show one of the following three items: Prove vaccination with the “white card”, a PCR test done within 48 hours, prove that one has already been infected with COVID19.

Unvaccinated travelers are asked to do a 72-hour PCR test and a 48-hour antigen test. They will also have to enter the Digital Passenger Locator form and show it with the tests upon arrival.

Vaccinated travelers are not required to be tested, and will be asked to complete a Passenger Locator Form. Once they arrive they will have to prove that they have been vaccinated, and show their passenger locator form.

Croatia

Tourists who are not vaccinated, on the other hand, must present a negative PCR test less than 72 hours old or a negative antigen test less than 48 hours old. However, children under 12 years of age are exempt from this test.

Persons vaccinated against Covid-19, or who have contracted the virus in the last 6 months, can now enter Croatia without restriction and without PCR testing.

Turkey

For non-vaccinated travelers, they must present a negative PCR test performed 72 hours prior to arrival in Turkey or a negative antigen test less than 48 hours old.

For all vaccinated travelers who can prove it, it is not necessary to present a PCR test.

Greece

For the unvaccinated, a 72-hour PCR test or an antigen test less than 48 hours old is required. You must then fill out the Passenger Locator Form and show it upon arrival.

Vaccinated travelers are not required to be tested, simply register for the Passenger Locator Form and show it along with proof that you are vaccinated upon arrival.

Travelling in Asia during Covid 19

China

Foreign nationals coming to the mainland of China for necessary economic, trade, scientific or technological activities needs may apply for visas at Chinese embassies or consulate.

All travelers are required to hold a negative coronavirus, nucleic acid and IgM antibody test result taken earliest 48 hours before travel.

You must submit together with a scanned copy of your passeport page and flight details to http://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ to the local Chinese Embassy.

Thailand

All travelers must hold a Certificate Of Entry, a 72h negative COVID19 test in English.

You must must hold an insurance to cover medical expenses and hold a confirmed hotel booking at an ASQ (Alternate State Quarantine) hotel for 15 nights at your own expense.

For vaccinated travelers, you must have : vaccination certificate, the Certificate Of Entry and 72h negative COVID19 test without quarantine.

Vietnam

Entry is suspended except for Vietnamese nationals or persons on diplomatic or official missions and highly skilled workers under medical supervision for 21 days.

Singapore

All travelers have to submit all health and travel declaration, must submit a 72h negative COVID19 test, book an approved accommodation and self isolate for 48h and wait for the arrival PCR test.

They have to download the TraceTogether app downloaded and profiles registered.

Travelling in Indian Ocean

Maldives

Unvaccinated travelers must have a certificate of negative PCR test with an Traveler Health Declaration.

Fully vaccinated tourists are not required to submit a negative PCR test on arrival or adhere to any quarantine restrictions provided they present proof that their second dose of a vaccine.

Traveller Health Declaration (THD) must be filled in and submitted by all travelers travelling.

Mayotte

For vaccinated travelers you have to show a negative 72h PCR.

Unvaccinated travelers have to show a 72h negative PCR and will also be subject to a test on arrival and face a mandatory self-isolation for seven days

Seychelles

All travelers have to show a 72h negative PCR COVID19 test and request a travel authorization via this platform: https://seychelles.govtas.com

There are no required vaccinations for the Seychelles except for visitors travelling from a yellow fever area.

Visitors must equally have a valid travel health insurance that covers, at minimum COVID-19 testing, isolation, quarantine and clinical care during their stay in the Seychelles.

Travel advice for Australia – Polynesia

Australia

Australia’s borders are currently closed and entry to Australia remains strictly controlled to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Travel to Australia is only available if you are exempt or you have been granted an individual exemption.

Hawai

All visitors have to show a 72h negative PCR test.

There is a 10-day quarantine restriction for all in-bound visitors to the Hawaiian Islands; with an exemption available to those who can provide proof of being fully vaccinated 

They have to register with the State of Hawaii Safe Travels.

Polynesia

All travelers have to show a 72h negative PCR test.

For vaccinated traveler in arrival, it is requested to do an antigenic test.

For unveccinated, It is requested to do an antigenic test on arrival, then impose a quarantine of 10 days and do a PCR at the end of it.

Travelers from variant virus hotspots – Many countries are restricting entry for travelers who have visited a variant virus hotspot, including the UK, Brazil, and South Africa. Travelers from neighboring countries may also be restricted.
